HOW DID THE ‘SHINE YOUR LIGHT’ MISSION STARTED
Odette and Paul Chetcuti, husband and wife, came from different backgrounds. Odette comes from a 23 year old career as a banker and Paul had managed a Team in the oilfields of the Libyan desert, then taking the responsibility as a Project Manager in a courier company offshore, later working as an Administrator in a law firm.
In 2008 they both gave up their careers to build their own business in the network marketing profession, moving forward and upward in their marketing plan within the health and wellness industry. In this journey, they both learned that coaching and guiding their people was key. Through their experience, they understood that mindset is the main ingredient for success. In effect, they discovered that 95% of anyone’s success journey is linked to mindset and only 5% comes from skills.
During their business journey together, Odette was enlightened to write a book. She believed that one of her purposes in life was to leave a legacy of learning to the world out there, through writing. Her wish to write a book was transformed into a mission and it became her purpose. In March 2020 she published her book SHINE YOUR LIGHT, indelibly stamping on paper her insights and inspirational messages of her life’s journey, inspired by the people she coached. The book is out there in the world empowering the readers and making a difference to so many people who seek a message of hope, courage and who embrace their inner power to drive them to the right path in their lives. Paul discovered that the next way forward was to ‘animate’ the learnings from the book. Thus combining the messages to create their SHINE YOUR
LIGHT Life Business Coaching and Personal Mentoring to the world, both online and offline.
They are in the process of setting up their new Learning Centre – HAPPY TABLE.

About Odette Chetcuti
Odette was born and lives in Malta, an island in the middle of the beautiful
The Mediterranean Sea. She is married to Paul Chetcuti. Her background is in the corporate environment and worked in banking for 23 years.
She gave up her career 11 years ago to build her own home-based business in the network marketing profession and coaches and inspires hundreds of people in their personal development and to find their purpose. She has ordained a Dame in the Byzantine Order of the Holy Sepulchre in 2018.
She studied classical music and plays the piano and music is in her soul. In
March 2020 she self-published and launched her first book SHINE YOUR
LIGHT is a collection of inspiring messages and personal insights and learnings for her life’s journey.
About Paul Chetcuti
Paul Chetcuti has been married to Odette for 22 years. His background is in the corporate world and worked in Administration in a law firm until he joined his Wife’s network marketing business a few years ago.
He also worked abroad in the oil fields of Libya and worked as a logistics manager in a courier Company in Africa.
Away from all noise distractions and embraced within the peacefulness of the
desert he learned how to communicate with his inner self and how life is all
about focusing on the solution and not the issue, which comes from
unearthing the power within.
In 2018 he has ordained a Knight in the Byzantine Order of the Holy
Sepulchre. Paul is the co-founder of the S.Y.L. mission and project.
